Under The Influence
Virginia Beach modern rockers The Influence have got a new album, Falling Objects, dropping next month, on September 14th. It's produced by Ted Comerford, and MetroMusicScene.com is premiering the potentially seizure-inducing video (check out the flashing lights and rotating people!) for their first single, the DC101-ready “Slippin’.” The Influence brings their heavier-edged, yet melodic sound to the table, floating a vocal hook that sticks in your noggin' on top of a bed of some nice crunchy, churning guitars. Take a bite.

Love This! These guys are awesome!
I need this album...
Totally rad! Killer tune and bada** video.
I saw these guys at the red and the black this year. They managed to make that small attic sound like an arena. Glad they are finally getting some exposure so that I might see them at Rock and Roll Hotel instead.
